Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible. However, to ensure fairness and efficiency in managing our appointments, we kindly request adherence to the following policy: 1.Cancellation: -Please provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations -Cancellations made outside of this timeframe WILL automatically forfeiture half of retainer fee. 2.Rescheduling : -Please reschedule appointment within 24hours -We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. 3.No-Shows: -Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in loss of whole amount of retainer fee and forfeiture any deposit made 4. Emergencies: -We understand that emergencies happen.
